I had the pleasure of catching up with local artist David Cross at his Naracoopa Art Gallery and Art Studio right here in Bracken Ridge to chat about one of the most exciting creative events happening in our community this October, the Sandgate Art Society Creative Trail! 🎨

This free event spans across Sandgate, Shorncliffe, Brighton, Deagon and Bracken Ridge, giving you the chance to step inside artist studios, galleries and shared creative spaces to meet the makers, watch them work, hear their stories and even get involved in workshops.

Whether you are a lifelong art lover, looking to purchase a piece for your home or simply curious, this is a wonderful opportunity to connect with the incredible creative talent right on our doorstep.

This year’s trail runs across the last two weekends of October and into November, so plan ahead and make sure you leave time to visit our many wonderful cafes and restaurants. For the very first time there is also a special Twilight Opening on Thursday 30 October too!
