Finally the State Government has got on board with our key proposal from Council’s North West Transport Network Study last year and is now supporting the congestion busting tunnel.
Northern Brisbane Infrastructure, a company established by The Queensland Investment Corporation is currently undertaking a detailed investment proposal into our Gympie Road Bypass Tunnel.
I strongly urge residents to voice your support for this 7km tunnel between Carseldine and Kedron that will connect to Airport Link and reduce congestion on Gympie Road so that we can move more freely and safely around our local community.
