Council’s resource recovery centres will reopen at 6.30am Sunday 9 March.

To assist residents in the clean-up from Tropical Cyclone Alfred, free green waste disposal will be available at all 4 resource recovery centres.  

The RRCs are open from 6.30am to 5.45pm every day, located at:   

  • Willawong – 360 Sherbrooke Road  
  • Chandler – 728 Tilley Road  
  • Ferny Grove – 101 Upper Kedron Road  
  • Nudgee – 1372 Nudgee Road  

Residents are asked to be patient when visiting a resource recovery centre as extended wait times may occur.
